  • ARE THERE ANY CLEANING FEES OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES?
    Cleaning fees are included, no additional charges unless something is broken, lost, or damaged.
  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
    - Bookings cancelled before 48 hrs of say will receive 100% refund. However, bookings cancelled after 24hrs of stay 50% payment will be refunded. - Full refund if the guest cancels at least 48hrs before check-in - 50% refund if the guest cancels less than 24hrs before check-in.
  • CAN U COMMUNICATE WITH THE HOST BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER MY STAY?

  • CAN I BRING MY PET?
    Pets are not allowed
  • IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXTEND MY STAY AFTER BOOKING.
    Yes, guest may extend stay by contact host via text text or email.
  • IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
    Yes, parking is available in the front of property. There is also a garage attached to the unit, in the back. However, it is tight space. Trucks are not recommended. Host is not responsible for damage to vehicle.
