ARE THERE ANY CLEANING FEES OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES?Cleaning fees are included, no additional charges unless something is broken, lost, or damaged.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?- Bookings cancelled before 48 hrs of say will receive 100% refund. However, bookings cancelled after 24hrs of stay 50% payment will be refunded. - Full refund if the guest cancels at least 48hrs before check-in - 50% refund if the guest cancels less than 24hrs before check-in.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXTEND MY STAY AFTER BOOKING.Yes, guest may extend stay by contact host via text text or email.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?Yes, parking is available in the front of property. There is also a garage attached to the unit, in the back. However, it is tight space. Trucks are not recommended. Host is not responsible for damage to vehicle.
